Alex Rodriguez will be making his season debut following his hip surgery in January, but it will be a short lived homecoming. Although the New York Yankees third baseman will be in Chicago on Monday night as the team faces off against the White Sox, he has been suspended, without pay, by the MLB for the rest of the 2013 season and all of the 2014 season. His suspension is due to his connections to Biogenesis, a clinic accused of distributing performance enhancing drugs to players. A-Rod plans to appeal the decision, he is one of 13 players banned on Monday.
