Alejandra Guzman is known for her energetic performances, but recently, the singer has been out of the limelight. However, the Mexican rock star is now back and she is opening up about her close encounter with death. After suffering complications from cosmetic surgery, Alejandra tells El Universal newspaper “I’ve been so close to death, that I feel as if I’m best friends with death.” Because of surgery complications, the singer went under the knife eighteen times and even came close to losing her leg because of toxic substances in her buttocks. After surviving the horrific experience, Alejandra explains that she has finally learned to accept herself the way that she is.
